A/N: I’ve seen all this BDSM dark fic including them. While I have no problem with that (I love it), I wanted to put these two in a softer light. In my mind Ayel is loyal to Nero, not because of his rank but by choice. I imagine both of them being switches, as in no real dom and no real sub. I don't know if you were looking for *ideas* per sey, but as for Ayel topping - maybe it is one thing that Nero can do with Ayel that is so completely different than the kind of sex he could have with Mandana that is helps him feel less guilty about needing/having that kind of physical comfort?
